By downloading, accessing, or using Blueleaf, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Blueleaf is a subscription-based mobile application that provides curated summaries of scientific research papers. The service includes monthly issues featuring breakthrough research across multiple scientific categories.

Pricing

• Annual subscription: $29.99 per year
• Monthly subscription: $4.99 per month

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase, and again at renewal unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

You agree not to:

• Share your subscription with others
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content from the App
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

The App, including its design and original content (such as summaries), is protected by intellectual property laws. Research papers remain the property of their respective authors.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our summaries are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
